Hands-on product consultancy
I offer my assistance to individuals or teams seeking to develop digital products and services that not only look good, but also exceed the expectations of their customers.
My area of expertise lies in working with small tech startups or companies who are in the early stages of building their products. Most of these businesses lack a product team and require support in this area before they feel ready to hire.
My approach involves joining the team for three days a week over the course of a month to provide hands-on product support. This support includes designing strategies, conducting user research and testing, creating user flows and wireframes, developing visual designs and prototypes, offering guidance on design best practices, and helping founders understand what to prioritize.
I am familiar with commonly used collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Whimsical, and Slack.
The key to achieving the best design work is to start early and maintain a presence throughout product development, working in conjunction with product management and engineering.
